Pario Ingénierie et sciences de l’environnement LP doit combler un poste de Chef de projet et intervenant d’urgence en cas de déversement pour la région de Québec. Le candidat idéal doit être titulaire d’un diplôme universitaire en génie de l’environnement ou géosciences ou un diplôme collégial en sciences environnementales ou dans un domaine connexe avec au moins un an d’expérience en consultation environnementale. Le candidat doit parler le français couramment (parlé et écrit) et, de préférence, posséder une connaissance pratique de l’anglais. Ce poste comporte des interventions en cas de déversement, la gestion d’entrepreneurs sur les lieux et une documentation organisationnelle et scientifique de la restauration au fur et à mesure qu’elle progresse. Il y aura une grande variété de projets, mais les principaux toucheront les pertes en matière de transport, dont les déversements de diesel ou de mazout domestique/commercial. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Environmental Engineering or Geosciences, or a college diploma in Environmental Sciences or a related field, with at least one year's experience in Environmental Consulting. The candidate must be fluent in French (spoken and written) and preferably have a working knowledge of English.
This position involves spill response, on-site contractor management, and organizational and scientific documentation of remediation as it progresses. There will also be the preparation of reports and liaison with regulatory authorities and other stakeholders. Assess, analyze and report on the cause and origin of structural failures Interview witnesses, service personnel and other local officials Provide structural designs for restoration and renovation purposes Develop and complete full working drawings for building department acceptance Complete complex or innovative projects of any size where new or innovative design approaches are required Lead project(s) from start to finish Provide clean, accurate, and timely designs Education, Knowledge and Experience Required:
Minimum bachelors degree in Civil/Structural Engineering required Professional Engineering license, or the ability to be licensed in the Province of Ontario required Minimum 5 years’ experience. Preferably, experience includes strong residential design experience and/or equivalent work experience Experience within the insurance and legal industry is a must A demonstrated track record of taking projects to successful completion Proficient in standard Microsoft Office (MS Word, Outlook & Excel) Expert knowledge and understanding of the Regional Building Code Hand-on construction experience would be an asset Positive, self-driven, motivated, personal attitude A willingness and passion to: support the marketing and sales department through attendance at presentations and industry events Customer facing experience: Ability to discuss projects budgets with clients and maintain continuous communications throughout the project
